Although testing is crucial for the continuation of the development of a concept, it is not the only aspect to take into consideration. Before proceeding to the next stage, where investments will be made, the other stakeholders need to be involved in deciding on how to proceed.

Therefore, a meeting to end the Develop stage is essential. During this meeting, it will be decided whether you will move to the next stage or whether you need to make more adjustments.  This go/no meeting requires ample preparation where:

• Client and relevant stakeholders are all present;
• The concept(s) are presented, together with the testing results;
• An overview of all necessary investments is offered;
• A plan and planning for the last stage of Development are presented.

Once the green light is given, the next stage can start.
